Shipping & Returns

We currently ship within the United States only. International shipping isn't available yet — get on the email list and you'll hear first when it is.

Shipping is calculated at checkout based on the size and weight of your box — the bigger the box, the higher the rate. You'll always see the exact cost before you pay.

Orders are packed by hand and typically go out within 1–2 business days. Once shipped, delivery takes under a week. You'll get a tracking number by email as soon as your box is on its way.

If you're not happy with your sauce, email team@hoogahot.com within 30 days of delivery and we'll refund you — even if the bottle is opened. No need to ship it back unless we ask.

Glass travels, and sometimes it doesn't travel well. If your order shows up broken, incomplete, or wrong, send us a photo at team@hoogahot.com and we'll replace it or refund it right away.

Approved refunds go back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days after we process them. Original shipping charges are refunded when the fault is ours.

Need to fix an address or cancel? Email us as soon as possible — we can usually catch it before the box goes out.
